Ramen Tatsu-Ya to open third Houston location in Bellaire

Ramen Tatsu-Ya, an Austin-born Japanese ramen concept, will celebrate the grand opening of its third Houston-area location in Bellaire on October 31. Located at 4672 Beechnut Street, the new restaurant features contemporary interior design including murals by local artist Briks.

The menu focuses on Tokyo-inspired dishes, including scratch-made broths such as a 60-hour pork bone broth, chicken shoyu, and two vegetarian almond milk tonkotsu options. Additional offerings include tsukemen, gyoza, chicken karaage, and katsu sliders, alongside a bar program featuring sake and draft beer.

Grand opening festivities include a t-shirt giveaway for the first 25 guests, a chance to win free ramen for a year, and special treats for trick-or-treaters and those in costume. The brand was founded in 2012 by chef Tatsu Aikawa and currently operates seven locations in Austin and two in Houston.
