Ramin Bahrami dedicates musical pieces to Trump and Mattarella

During a piano recital titled ‘Meno mine più note’ at the ‘Musica a un passo dal cielo’ festival in Ponte di Legno, pianist Ramin Bahrami included political dedications during his encore.

Bahrami dedicated Erik Satie’s ‘Gnossienne No. 1’ to Donald Trump, using the moment to direct criticisms toward the former U.S. President. He concluded the evening by dedicating Johann Sebastian Bach’s ‘Prelude in C major BWV 846’ to Italian President Sergio Mattarella.
