Ramiro Ferlatti presents medical memoir ‘Quirófano’ in Paraná

The book ‘Quirófano’, co-authored by physician Ramiro Ferlatti and Gimena Villarraza, was officially presented at the Círculo Médico de Paraná auditorium. The event was attended by colleagues, patients, and family members.

During the presentation, Dr. Valeria Frenkel highlighted Ferlatti’s career driven by vocation and effort. Julián Stoppello, the Secretary of Culture for the Province of Entre Ríos, noted that the work has been declared of Cultural Interest by the provincial government, serving as a social legacy.

Co-author Gimena Villarraza described the book as a way to document Ferlatti’s professional journey using a simple and colloquial language, aiming to ‘reinvent the past from the present’. The work covers his experiences not only as a doctor but also as a father, husband, and friend. The ceremony included a commemorative video with patient testimonials and a message of gratitude from Ferlatti to various medical institutions, including Sanatorio La Entrerriana and Hospital San Martín.
