Ramiro González to repeat as PNV candidate for Álava Provincial Council
The Araba Buru Batzar (ABB) has confirmed that Ramiro González will run again as the PNV candidate for the Álava Provincial Council in the upcoming foral elections scheduled for May 2027.
González, who has served as a general deputy since 2015, is being endorsed for his institutional experience and his focus on economic activity, employment, industrial strengthening, and social policies. The party highlighted his deep knowledge of the Alavese reality and his commitment to territorial cohesion.
Additionally, the PNV has proposed Irma Basterra for the Presidency of the General Assemblies. Basterra brings extensive experience from her tenure leading the foral Chamber.
