Ramiz Lladrovci honors Croatian War veterans in Drenas

Ramiz Lladrovci, the Mayor of Drenas, joined members of the Association of Albanian Veterans of the Croatian War to pay respects at several memorials in Kosovo. The group placed floral tributes at the memorials in Marina and Gllanasellë, as well as at the Fehmi and Xhevë Lladrovci Square.

The ceremony honored various fallen heroes, including Adem Jashari and Fehmi Lladrovci. During the event, veterans from Croatia highlighted the contributions of Albanian students who studied in Zagreb and participated in the KLA, noting that the experiences gained during the struggle for Croatian independence served as a foundation for the liberation war in Kosovo. Lladrovci emphasized that the friendship forged during these difficult times remains a model of historical and institutional cooperation between Kosovo and Croatia.
