Rammstein announces ‘Live in Mexico City’ concert film

German metal band Rammstein has announced the release of ‘Rammstein – Live in Mexico City’, a 4K concert film documenting their three-night stadium run at the Foro Sol in October 2022. Directed by Paul Dugdale, the film captures the finale of the band’s North American stadium tour, which saw nearly 200,000 fans attend the sold-out shows in Mexico City.

The theatrical release is scheduled to begin worldwide on November 4, 2026. This will be followed on November 20, 2026, by the release of a full-length live album and various physical home video editions, including Blu-ray, CD, and multi-LP vinyl sets. Special collector editions, such as a deluxe photo book and a Lucha Libre themed box set, are also planned.

The production documented in the film involved a massive logistical operation, including 210 crew members and seven Boeing 747 aircraft to transport the band’s extensive pyrotechnic and stage equipment. The setlist features career highlights such as ‘Deutschland’, ‘Sonne’, and ‘Du hast’, alongside rare performances like ‘Te quiero puta!’.
