Ramon Dino prepares to defend Mr. Olympia Classic Physique title

Brazilian bodybuilder Ramon Dino has entered the decisive phase of his preparation for the Mr. Olympia 2026, held in Las Vegas, United States. With four weeks remaining until the competition, which takes place between September 24 and 27, Dino shared updates of his physique and posing routine on social media.

As the reigning Classic Physique champion, Dino aims to secure his second consecutive world title. His coaching team includes posing coach André Pajé, as well as trainers Chris Aceto and Fabrício Pacholok. Pacholok has described this year’s preparation as the most challenging to date, focusing on muscle definition and correcting specific technical points to maintain his position at the top of the category.

Dino made history in 2025 by becoming the first Brazilian to win the Classic Physique title at Mr. Olympia. He noted the increased pressure of being the defending champion, stating that competitors will likely work significantly harder to challenge his title.
