Ramon Espadaler visits Baix Penedès to assess rainfall damage

Ramon Espadaler, the Catalan Minister of Justice and Democratic Quality, has traveled to the Baix Penedès region to assess damage caused by intense rainfall recorded during the early hours of Saturday.

The institutional visit aims to coordinate responses with affected municipalities along the Tarragona coast. Espadaler is scheduled to address the media in El Vendrell before holding working meetings with representatives from four specific towns: El Vendrell, Creixell, Torredembarra, and Roda de Berà. These meetings are intended to evaluate the local situation and address the specific needs raised by the municipal councils following the meteorological episode.
