Ramonville-Saint-Agne to undergo cycling infrastructure upgrades

Major construction work is scheduled in Ramonville-Saint-Agne from August 2026 to April 2027 to integrate the existing cycle path into the Réseau Express Vélo (REV). The project involves upgrading the boulevard François-Mitterrand (RD 813) between the Louise-Weiss roundabout and the Allée des Zéphyrs.

The new infrastructure will feature a three-meter-wide cycle lane and a 1.80-meter-wide pedestrian path, separated from vehicular traffic by a 40 cm curb. This development is part of a larger 430 km cycling network, including 290 km within the Toulouse Métropole, designed to improve safety, continuity, and comfort for cyclists and pedestrians.
