Ramos Arizpe implements housing and public lighting improvements

The municipal government of Ramos Arizpe is implementing several urban improvement initiatives focused on housing and public infrastructure. Through the ‘Enchúlame la Casa’ program, the administration has renovated the facades of 1,600 homes across seven neighborhoods during the first eight months of 2026. Mayor Tomás Gutiérrez Merino announced the expansion of this program to include approximately 484 additional homes in the Analco II sector.

In addition to housing improvements, the municipality is conducting maintenance and repairs on public lighting systems. Recent works include repairing damaged wiring and luminaires in various sectors, such as the CINVESTAV circuit on the Monterrey-Saltillo highway and the intersection of Antonio Flores Castro and El Escorial boulevards. These efforts aim to enhance community safety and visibility in neighborhoods including Analco, Valle de los Pinos, and El Capitán.
