Ramos Arizpe implements rural support and transport initiatives

The municipal government of Ramos Arizpe is implementing several initiatives to support rural communities. Recent rainfall has improved conditions for the agricultural sector by replenishing groundwater, maintaining wells, and providing better prospects for crops and livestock feed. Maribel Martí Garza, Director of Rural Development, noted that while rainfall has been uneven across the municipality, the current situation is more favorable than the previous year's drought.

To improve connectivity, the municipality has introduced the 'Todos por Más' Ejidal Route, a subsidized transportation service starting September 21. The service aims to help residents in remote areas access medical consultations, medications, and municipal services. Operating on Mondays and Fridays, the route will connect various communities, including Paredón, San Juan de Amargos, and Rancho Nuevo, to the municipal center at a subsidized rate of 45 pesos per person.
