Ramos Arizpe launches free summer arts and learning workshops

The municipal government of Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, announced a series of free summer workshops for children, youth and adults from 6 to 17 July 2026. Hosted at the Casa de la Cultura, the program offers daily sessions (8 a.m.‑2 p.m.) in a wide range of activities, including folk and modern dance, ballet, Latin rhythms, guitar, rondalla, piano, violin, choral singing, theater, painting, drawing, model making, canvas design, basic robotics, cooking, handmade soap making, yoga, Zumba, English lessons and tutoring.

Mayor Tomás Gutiérrez Merino highlighted the initiative as part of the city’s effort to promote education, art and cultural development. Registration costs 100 pesos, with the same amount charged monthly, making the workshops accessible to local families.
