Ramos Arizpe Mayor Tomás Gutiérrez Highlights Education Initiatives at Graduation Ceremony

Mayor Tomás Gutiérrez Merino of Ramos Arizpe presided over the graduation of the XVII Generation of the Instituto La Misión, emphasizing education as a cornerstone of the city's development.
