Ramp in talks for new funding at $60 billion valuation

Fintech company Ramp is in early discussions to raise approximately $1 billion in primary funding at a $60 billion valuation. If finalized, this would represent a 36% increase from its $44 billion valuation achieved in June 2026.

Since March 2025, the company has seen rapid growth, moving from a $13 billion valuation to its current trajectory. Ramp reported surpassing $1 billion in annualized revenue by September 2025, with some estimates suggesting a run rate closer to $1.5 billion. The company also noted a year-over-year transaction volume growth of over 170% in early 2026.

A significant driver of this valuation is Ramp’s integration of artificial intelligence into its financial operations platform. The company has expanded beyond corporate cards into bill payment, accounting automation, and AI-powered procurement. Specifically, Ramp launched Router.com, a tool designed to manage and reduce AI costs by optimizing which large language models are utilized for specific tasks.
