RAMS Türkiye announces new financing for RAMS Park House Maslak

RAMS Türkiye has announced a new financing model for its RAMS Park House Maslak project in Istanbul, an urban transformation development scheduled for delivery in December 2027. To address barriers to housing accessibility, the company is offering payment terms of up to 60 months.

Devran Bülbül, Chairman of the Board of RAMS Türkiye, stated that financing is currently the primary obstacle for individuals seeking to purchase homes. He noted that the project's value has already increased by approximately 20 percent prior to its completion.

Alongside the financing announcement, the company launched a new communication campaign titled ‘İyi ki Buradayız’ (Glad We Are Here). The brand has entered a two-year partnership with actors Hazal Kaya and Ali Atay, who will serve as the new faces of the brand to emphasize themes of trust, family, and belonging.
