Ramsey Nouah compares Kumasi and Accra's social dynamics

Nigerian veteran actor and filmmaker Ramsey Nouah has shared his impressions of Ghana’s major cities, describing Kumasi as a hub of hardworking and entrepreneurial individuals. During an interview with Angel FM, Nouah compared the energy of Kumasi to that of Lagos and Abuja in Nigeria.

Nouah distinguished between the Nigerian cities by characterizing Lagos as a place for hustlers and entrepreneurs, while describing Abuja as a location where people enjoy significant wealth. He noted that Kumasi shares a similar entrepreneurial spirit to Lagos.

In a comparison between Ghana’s two largest cities, Nouah characterized Accra as a place for ‘big boys’ projecting affluence, whereas he found the people of Kumasi to be more down-to-earth. His visit to the Ashanti regional capital is part of his participation in an upcoming film directed by Ghanaian comedian Kwadwo Nkansah, also known as Lil Win.
