Ramzan Kadyrov urges Russian strikes on NATO nations supporting Ukraine

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, a staunch ally of President Vladimir Putin, posted a lengthy message on Telegram on 17 July urging Russia to open fire on NATO countries that supply weapons, intelligence or other aid to Ukraine. He wrote that his special‑forces units are ready to act on any order from the “Supreme Commander” and warned that the “earth has always burned under the feet of Russia’s enemies”. Kadyrov called Western leaders “satanic scum” and declared that “the time to open fire” has come, invoking the sound of Kalashnikovs and T‑90 tanks.
