Ranchers Bees appoint Ma'aji Muhammad as technical adviser

Ranchers Bees have appointed Ma'aji Muhammad as their new technical adviser following the departure of Usman Abd’allah. The Kaduna-based club confirmed that Abd’allah and members of his technical crew left by mutual agreement.

Abd’allah’s tenure lasted 115 days during the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season. Under his leadership, the team recorded two wins, two draws, and five losses in nine matches, leaving the club in 19th place with eight points.

Muhammad, who previously managed Niger Tornadoes, is tasked with moving the club out of the relegation zone. His first match in charge will be a home game against Doma United at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano on Sunday, October 25.
