Polish TV series Ranczo confirmed to return with new season

The long‑running Polish television drama "Ranczo" is set to resume after a ten‑year break. TVP announced that filming will begin this summer with a premiere scheduled for later in the year. Veteran actor Daniel Olbrychski will join the cast, taking over the role previously played by the late Franciszek Pieczka.

Actors who attended rehearsals for the eleventh season include Cezary Żak, Katarzyna Żak, Artur Barciś, Jacek Kawalec, Violetta Arlak, Piotr Ligienza, Magdalena Kuta, Bartłomiej Kasprzykowski and Arkadiusz Nader. Ilona Ostrowska confirmed her return, posting a photo of herself on Instagram with the caption "Lucy wróciła". The revival follows months of speculation and leaked reports about new episodes, and the new production aims to continue the series’ beloved depiction of rural life in Wilkowyje.
