Randazzo: Five men reported to authorities after neighbor brawl

A dispute between neighbors in Randazzo, Sicily, escalated into a violent brawl involving two families, leading to multiple injuries and police intervention.

The conflict reportedly originated from long-standing condominium disagreements. The incident began when a 45-year-old man had a verbal altercation with a woman, the wife of another head of a household. The argument drew in other family members, and although the situation briefly appeared to calm down, a second confrontation erupted.

Five men, aged 40, 42, 45, 51, and 74, engaged in a physical fight. Carabinieri officers arrived to separate the participants and secure the scene. Emergency medical services were called to treat the injured, who were subsequently transported to the emergency room. The five men have been reported to the judicial authorities on charges of rioting and personal injury.
