Range Rover announces new all-electric GT model

Range Rover is preparing to expand its lineup with the introduction of the GT, a new all-electric model that blends the silhouette of a sedan with SUV characteristics. This fifth model in the range follows the Evoque, Sport, Velar, and the standard Range Rover.

The GT is described as a crossover-fastback hybrid featuring a wide, shallow grille, ultra-slim LED headlights, and a sloping rear hatch. The interior is expected to feature a single central OLED touchscreen and a slim digital instrument cluster for the driver. The design aims for a luxury-oriented, soft-road aesthetic with frameless windows and a contrasting roof.
