Range Rover luxury models reach near-million dollar valuations

High-end Range Rover vehicles are reaching unprecedented price points through specialized commissions and auctions. At an RM Sotheby’s auction in Monterey, a ‘Matched Pair’ consisting of a factory-restored 1993 Range Rover Classic and a 2027 Range Rover SV Ultra fetched $967,500. The pair was designed to showcase the evolution of the luxury SUV brand.

In a separate development, London-based modifier Overfinch and British gunmaker Holland & Holland have unveiled the Overfinch Holland & Holland Bespoke Commission. This one-off vehicle is valued at approximately £1 million and is based on the extended-wheelbase Range Rover SV. The commission includes a bespoke shotgun cabinet in the boot containing a pair of ultra-exclusive firearms worth nearly £400,000. This model serves as the final installment in a limited run of 25 special-edition vehicles produced by the two companies.
