Rangers FC faces tactical scrutiny and growing injury list

Rangers FC faces tactical and personnel challenges following a 2-2 draw against Dundee in the Scottish Premiership. Forward Ryan Naderi struggled in his role as a target man at Dens Park, recording only one shot on goal and a 40 per cent pass accuracy in the opposition half. His performance, characterized by losing possession 18 times and failing to win any dribbles, has led to speculation that he may be dropped for the upcoming match against St Johnstone.

Additionally, the club's injury list continues to grow. Ross McCrorie is expected to be unavailable until late November following an injury sustained in training. Cammy Devlin is also sidelined with a strain for approximately six to eight weeks. Long-term absences include Youssef Chermiti, who is rehabilitating an ACL injury, Lawrence Shankland, who is targeting a January return, and Daisuke Yokota, who may return in December.
