Rangers FC shareholder meeting set as manager Derek McInnes faces winless start

Rangers Football Club manager Derek McInnes has not recorded a competitive win in his first two matches, leaving his win ratio at 0% and drawing criticism over his team selections.

The club will hold its annual shareholder meeting on Monday, 10 August, at the Radisson Blu in Glasgow. The meeting follows a £16 million share issue completed after the American owners' takeover in May 2025. Chairman Andrew Cavenagh, CEO Jim Gillespie and Executive Director Fraser Thornton are expected to attend, while McInnes’s participation has not been confirmed.
