In an Instagram Story he wrote, “Don’t believe the hype… NEVER WILL I EVER,” emphasizing he never whispered to police. The rumors arose after court documents suggested video footage of the incident was recorded on Big30’s phone, and after he received pre‑trial release while Shiesty remains jailed. No charges have been filed against Big30, and he has not been arrested. The controversy also noted that Pooh Shiesty’s father’s request to manage his properties while on home confinement was denied by a judge.
