Rapper OnklP describes ‘Spillet’ experience as psychological terror

Rapper Pål ‘OnklP’ Tøien has expressed significant anxiety regarding his participation in the TV 2 reality series ‘Spillet’. During a press conference in Oslo, the 42-year-old described the experience as ‘psychological terror’ and noted that the show's concept—designed to push celebrities to their limits—was deeply uncomfortable for him.

Tøien admitted to experiencing ‘reality anxiety,’ reflecting on his actions and words once they are broadcast. Despite his nervousness and regret upon seeing an episode, he noted that the experience was both interesting and provided opportunities for self-reflection.
