Rappin On Media SRL reports over 4 million lei in debt

Rappin On Media SRL, a music recording and editing company managed by singer Ștefan Mihalache (known professionally as Connect-R), reported a significant increase in debt for the year 2025. The company's total debt reached 4,007,794 lei, more than doubling the 1.77 million lei reported in 2024 and increasing more than sevenfold compared to the approximately 543,000 lei recorded in 2023.

Alongside the rising debt, the company experienced a sharp decline in profitability and turnover. Net profit fell by over 55% in a single year, while turnover dropped from approximately 1.61 million lei in 2024 to just over 1 million lei in 2025. While the artist continues to maintain professional activities such as concerts and collaborations, the financial data reflects the specific performance of this corporate entity.
