Rare 1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuda Convertible to be Auctioned
A rare 1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuda convertible is scheduled for auction at Mecum’s Kissimmee event in January. This specific model is one of only five produced with the 425-horsepower Hemi engine and a four-speed manual gearbox.
The vehicle features Mopar’s iconic In-Violet metallic paint, one of the high-impact colors offered between 1969 and 1973. While the total number of surviving Hemi Cuda convertibles is unknown, they are considered exceptionally scarce in the collector market.
