Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Authority appoints Emma Campbell as CMO and Maha Kassim as People & Culture chief
The Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) announced two senior appointments as it pursues a goal of welcoming 3.5 million visitors annually by 2030. Emma Campbell was named Chief Marketing Officer. She brings more than 20 years of destination‑marketing experience, most recently leading the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism’s global campaigns and previously serving as CMO of Tourism Fiji.
Maha Kassim was appointed Senior Director, People & Culture. With over 25 years of HR leadership across the MENA region, she has held senior roles at Aujan Coca‑Cola, AstraZeneca, Aramex International and PepsiCo. RAKTDA’s CEO, Phillipa Harrison, said the new leaders will strengthen the emirate’s brand and organisational capacity as tourism expands.
