Rashid Alvi criticizes BJP over foreign influence allegations

Congress leader Rashid Alvi has launched a counter-attack against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) following comments made by BJP National President Nitin Nabin regarding foreign powers. Alvi challenged the BJP leadership to name the specific foreign entities and domestic individuals allegedly working against the country's interests and to proceed with arrests if they possess such information.

Alvi further alleged that the BJP maintains significant connections with foreign powers, specifically noting the government's silence regarding frequent comments from Donald Trump and suggesting strong ties with the United States.

Additionally, Alvi commented on the state of Indian democracy, citing remarks by actor Naseeruddin Shah as an indicator of weakening democratic values. He also addressed comments made by Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini regarding the 1984 riots, asserting that the Congress party has already apologized for those events.
