Rashmika Mandanna stars in ‘Mysaa’ action-drama teaser

The teaser for the upcoming pan-India action drama ‘Mysaa’ has been released, showcasing Rashmika Mandanna in a transformative role as a Gond tribal woman. Directed by debutant Rawindra Pulle and produced by Unformula Films, the film is described as a high-octane emotional thriller. The teaser features intense sequences, including underwater scenes and demanding action choreography by international stunt coordinator Kecha Khamphakdee.

Mandanna has undergone significant physical preparation for the role, which reportedly included filming a 90-foot waterfall sequence. The actress recently addressed physical challenges, noting she suffered a serious hip injury during filming that required a structured rehabilitation program. Additionally, Mandanna has responded to public criticism regarding her accents in various regional languages, describing herself as a ‘jack of all trades’ who prioritizes connecting with diverse audiences.

‘Mysaa’ is scheduled for a theatrical release on November 27, 2026, in multiple languages including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film features a supporting cast including Eshwari Rao, Rahul Ravindran, and Samuthirakani, with music composed by Jakes Bejoy.
