Rashtriya Godhan Mahasangh to host National Godhan Diwali Mahotsav 2026

The Rashtriya Godhan Mahasangh has announced the ‘National Godhan Diwali Mahotsav 2026’, scheduled to take place from November 1 to 7 at Dilli Haat, Janakpuri. The event aims to connect cow protection with economic empowerment, rural employment, and self-reliance.

During a press conference in New Delhi, organizers emphasized that the festival seeks to transform cow shelters, or gaushalas, into self-sufficient economic units rather than just conservation centers. The initiative promotes a cow-based natural lifestyle as an alternative to chemical farming and addresses environmental challenges.

The Mahotsav is being organized in collaboration with the Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC), the Government of Delhi, Cowzone, and the Sanatan Dharma Pratinidhi Sabha, Delhi.
