Ratingen concludes sustainability event series

The Ratingen Sustainability Days concluded with a focus on implementing the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals at the municipal level. The event featured over 60 activities, including lectures, guided city walks, community garden sessions, and exhibitions.

Mayor Patrick Anders noted that the high level of engagement demonstrates that sustainability is deeply rooted in the local community. The program saw an increase in both the number of participants and the diversity of topics compared to the previous year, aiming to motivate citizens toward collective local action.
