Ratingen Fire Department Returns from Spain Deployment

On the evening of 5 August 2026, three members of the Ratingen Fire Department arrived back in Ratingen, Germany, after a two‑day operational deployment in Spain. They were received warmly by colleagues and family at the fire station, expressing relief after the demanding mission.

Immediately after their return, the unit began inspecting and repairing the tank fire‑truck used during the deployment. The GFFF‑V module team conducted a thorough review of the vehicle and associated equipment to restore full operational readiness for future assignments.
