Ratio Therapeutics Secures $70 Million Series C to Expand Radiopharmaceutical Pipeline
Ratio Therapeutics announced a $70 million Series C financing round led by existing investors Duquesne Family Office and Bristol Myers Squibb, with new participation from Catalio Capital Management, Eli Lilly, and Wasatch Group. The capital will support the ATLAS Phase 1/2 trial of its lead actinium‑225 radiotherapeutic candidate, RTX‑2358, for advanced sarcomas, preparation for a fifth IND filing, and expansion of its manufacturing capacity and discovery pipeline targeting additional oncology indications.
Separately, researchers at the University of Massachusetts Amherst have created an artificial‑intelligence model that generates patient‑specific radiation dose maps for radiopharmaceutical therapy in under 23 seconds. The tool aims to replace the current one‑size‑fits‑all dosing approach, enabling more precise dosimetry for treatments such as the FDA‑approved prostate‑cancer radiopharmaceutical, and could allow clinicians to safely increase therapeutic doses while minimizing toxicity.
