Ratnaveer Precision Engineering approves ₹330 crore rights issue
Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited has approved a ₹330 crore rights issue, offering 1,24,99,669 equity shares at an issue price of ₹264 per share. The record date for the entitlement is set for August 26, 2026.
The capital raise supports the company’s expansion, specifically its Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) manufacturing project in Vadodara, Gujarat. This facility, which is approximately 60% complete, is being developed as India’s first fully integrated high-volume CCL manufacturing plant. The project has received approval under the Central Government’s Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS).
Ratnaveer aims to support import substitution for printed circuit board materials, positioning itself alongside companies like Wipro within India’s domestic CCL ecosystem. The first production line is targeted to begin commercial operations by November 2026.
