Raul Esch wins Junior Track Cycling World Championship gold

Raul Esch of RSC Waltershausen-Gotha has won the gold medal at the Junior Track Cycling World Championships held in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium. Competing in the U19 age category, Esch secured the world title in the scratch discipline.

Gotha Mayor Knut Kreuch congratulated the young athlete, stating that the world championship title is a special achievement for Esch, his club, and the entire sports community in Gotha.
