Raul John Aju, 16, founds AI startup AIRealm Technologies

Raul John Aju, a 16-year-old commerce student from Kerala, India, has established himself as a notable figure in the artificial intelligence sector. Known as the “AI Kid of India,” Aju is the founder and CTO of AIRealm Technologies, a startup based in Dubai.

Despite lacking a formal background in computer science or engineering, Aju developed his technical expertise through self-learning and experimentation. His work includes developing approximately 15 AI tools and conducting educational initiatives to train students and professionals in emerging technologies. One of his early projects, MeBot, was a robot designed to communicate using his own voice.

In an unusual business arrangement, Aju employs his father, who leverages professional experience from companies such as Amazon, Adobe, Wipro, and IBM, to serve as a mentor within the company. Aju receives a monthly salary of Rs 2 lakh for his father's role.
