Raul Lozano praises Poland ahead of European Volleyball Championship

Raul Lozano, the current head coach of the Ukrainian national volleyball team and former coach of the Polish national team, has praised the Polish squad ahead of the upcoming Men's European Volleyball Championship. In an interview with 'Sport', Lozano noted that competition will be intense and highlighted Poland as a formidable opponent, describing them as the current VNL champions and the top-ranked team in the world.

The championship is scheduled to take place from September 9 to 26, hosted across Bulgaria, Finland, Romania, and Italy. Poland is competing in Group B alongside Portugal, Israel, North Macedonia, Ukraine, and Bulgaria. The Polish team, led by coach Nikola Grbić, enters the tournament as the defending champions. Ukraine is set to begin their campaign against Israel, with a scheduled match against Poland on September 15.
