Raute and TONGWEI receive EcoVadis Gold Medals for sustainability

Raute and TONGWEI have both received the EcoVadis Gold Medal, a recognition reserved for companies ranking in the top 5% of sustainability assessments globally.

Raute, a wood processing technology company, improved its standing from a Bronze rating to Gold. The assessment evaluated the company across four pillars: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. CEO Mika Saariaho stated that the award recognizes the company's strategy to embed sustainability into its innovation and operations.

TONGWEI has earned the Gold Medal for the third consecutive year, notably ranking within the global top 3% of assessed companies. The photovoltaic manufacturer achieved an overall score of 84/100, with high marks in ethics (86), labor and human rights (85), sustainable procurement (84), and environment (82).
