Raven-Symoné: From child actor to Disney Channel star and producer

Raven-Symoné has transitioned from a child actor on ‘The Cosby Show’ to a prominent figure in the entertainment industry. Her career reached a major milestone with the Disney Channel series ‘That’s So Raven’, which aired from 2003 to 2007.

During the production of the series, Raven-Symoné became a producer at age 19. The show was a landmark achievement, making her the first Black woman to headline a Disney Channel comedy named after her. She recently shared on TikTok that her signature catchphrase, ‘Ya Nasty!’, was created during an irritated take of a scene.
