During an episode of the Tea Time podcast, which she co-hosts with her wife, Miranda Pearman-Maday, the 40-year-old actress revealed that she opts for disposable adult diapers rather than traditional pads or tampons during her menstrual cycle.

Symoné explained that the choice became a natural progression as her body changed. She noted that she previously experimented with washable period underwear but found they did not provide sufficient absorption for her needs.
