Ravenel bakery scheduled to reopen in January 2027

The bakery in Ravenel (Oise) is scheduled to reopen on January 15, 2027. Following its closure in 2024, the municipality, which owns the premises, has secured a new operator through a management lease agreement set to be signed in September.

Mayor Gérard Leroy noted that renovations will be conducted on the interior, specifically focusing on machinery that has been inactive for several years. The new baker is a local resident who plans to expand the business offerings to include snacking and rotisserie services on weekends.
