Ravenna authorities conduct safety and crime enforcement operations

Law enforcement agencies in Ravenna have conducted several operations targeting public safety, theft, and commercial irregularities. Local police focused on the Speyer Gardens and railway station areas, identifying sixteen individuals and issuing twelve administrative violations. These included sanctions for public intoxication and the use of modified e-bikes capable of reaching speeds of 49 km/h. Additionally, a commercial inspection of a minimarket in Viale Farini resulted in the seizure of food products due to missing price displays, lack of origin information for produce, and missing Italian-language labeling.

Separately, the Carabinieri reported three distinct criminal incidents. One investigation led to the charge of an individual involved in an aggravated robbery where a victim was threatened with a screwdriver to surrender 200 euros and personal belongings. A second incident involved the identification of a 49-year-old truck driver accused of assaulting a couple following a traffic dispute on the Romea state road. Finally, a 40-year-old man was reported for aggravated theft and receiving stolen goods after police recovered a stolen bicycle from his garage.
