Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry, 32, entered his 11th NFL season without plans to retire. In training camp he emphasized that his focus is on improving, helping teammates and winning a Super Bowl, saying, “My mindset is: How can I get better, be the best teammate I can be, and be the best team we can be?”

Henry led the league this year with 3,512 rushing yards, 32 rushing touchdowns and 632 carries, and remains a top offensive weapon for Baltimore. He is currently ranked 10th all‑time in rushing yards with 13,018 and aims to climb higher on the NFL’s all‑time list while maintaining his elite production.

The veteran five‑time Pro Bowler’s commitment to conditioning and diet has allowed him to defy the typical decline of running backs after age 30, reinforcing his role as a central figure in the Ravens’ offense.
