Ravensburg Towerstars defeat EC Bad Nauheim 4-2

The Ravensburg Towerstars secured a 4-2 victory against EC Bad Nauheim, driven by strong special teams and tactical discipline under coach Johan Pennerborn. Despite facing absences due to injury and illness, including Florin Ketterer and Ilya Sharipov, the Towerstars managed to overcome a resilient Bad Nauheim side.

EC Bad Nauheim entered the match facing significant roster challenges, including long-term injuries to key players Jordan Hickmott and Matt Marcinew. To bolster their squad, the club recently signed 35-year-old forward Marco Pfleger, whose licensing was completed just in time for the game. The match, played before 399 spectators at the CHG Arena, was characterized by high tempo and a scoreless first six minutes.
