Ravi Teja expresses confidence in upcoming film Irumudi

Actor Ravi Teja and director Shiva Nirvana have expressed high confidence in the upcoming film ‘Irumudi’, which is scheduled for release on August 21. During a grand pre-release event, the team discussed the film's emotional depth and genre.

Director Shiva Nirvana noted that while he initially considered making a mass entertainer with Ravi Teja, the film evolved into an intense human drama centered on the relationship between a middle-class father and his daughter. The story incorporates an Ayyappa backdrop and is described as a serious family drama that transforms into an intense thriller, particularly in its final 40 minutes. The narrative reportedly revolves around the stories of two fathers.

Ravi Teja shared that after watching the film without background music, he remains certain of its quality and potential for box office success. He praised the performances of the cast, including Priya Bhavani Shankar and child actor Nakshatra, and expressed enthusiasm for the musical score by GV Prakash Kumar.
