Ray J hospitalized following medical emergency during livestream

Singer and media personality Ray J was reportedly rushed to the hospital on Thursday after experiencing a medical emergency during a livestream at Fab Factory. The incident occurred while he was streaming via the Zeus Network on his Kick account as part of his 180-day streaming subathon, known as ‘Rayhab’.

Reports indicate the emergency may be heart-related. Footage from the livestream showed Ray J with medical equipment attached to his chest while being attended to by medical professionals. His mother, Sonja Norwood, was present as he was taken to the hospital via ambulance. While the situation was serious, he was reportedly able to walk to the stretcher on his own.

This incident follows several previous health concerns for the 45-year-old. He has previously disclosed hospitalizations for severe pneumonia and heart pain, and has spoken publicly about how past substance use has impacted his heart health.
