Ray White Canberra acquires Cream Residential

Ray White Canberra has acquired Cream Residential, a family-owned real estate firm established in 1997. The Cream Residential property team is scheduled to join the larger agency effective 1 November 2026.

As part of the acquisition, Cream Residential Principal Chris Wilson will join the Ray White team. Wilson brings over 35 years of industry experience and has served in leadership roles with the Real Estate Institute of the ACT (REIACT), including his appointment as REIACT President in May 2026.

The merger adds approximately 380 rental properties to Ray White Canberra’s rent roll, increasing the group’s total residential assets under management to more than $3 billion. The agency stated that the transition will focus on maintaining continuity of service for existing landlords and tenants.
