Rayados coach Matías Almeyda defends Erik Lamela as utilero

Monterrey coach Matías Almeyda responded to criticism after Erik Lamela was registered with the club as a "utilero" (equipment manager) to allow him to join the coaching staff for the upcoming Leagues Cup match against Inter Miami.
